Who we are

Jal4All is a venture of Acharya Holdings, with its office at Office No. 5, Mosaic Building, Navshya Ganapati Parisar, Ganpati Nagar, Anandvalli, Nashik 422013, Maharashtra, India. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email and message, and anything else you choose to add (phone, organisation, role, city, timing).
• Email updates: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent with each form submission, to stop spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.

The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie is used only when our team signs in to the admin area.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to plan and run the work you ask about, and to send updates you subscribed to. We do not sell your data or share it for others' marketing. We use your data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it is kept

On our own servers in India. People in the Jal4All and Acharya Holdings team who handle enquiries can see it. Service providers who run our email may process it on our behalf.

How long

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or the work continues, and then for up to three years for our records. Subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

Photos at drives

We photograph and film our drives to show where the water went. We frame shots around the water and the place, and we remove any photo on request: write to us with the drive and the photo.
